Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services.Account Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:Violating any applicable laws or regulations.Infringing on the rights of others.Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious content.Interfering with the operation of the Site.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings: To book our Services, you must complete the booking process on our Site and provide accurate information.Upfront Payment: A non-refundable payment of 50% of the total videography package price is required upfront to secure your booking and reserve your date on our schedule.Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due and payable 1 month before the wedding date.Payments: All payments for our Services are processed securely. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount due.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy and any applicable fees will be provided at the time of booking.Refunds: The upfront payment of 50% is non-refundable. Any refunds for payments beyond the initial 50% will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Evergreen Legacy Films or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
