How long are your films?
Evergreen Legacy Films includes a 5-minute film with every Evergreen package. Every package can be customized to your needs. We offer 7 minute, 10 minute add on
What resolution are your films delivered in?
All Evergreen Legacy Films are guaranteed to be delivered in 4K quality
Do we pay for travel expenses?
Chad is based out of Bellingham, Washington, and offers both Domestic + International Packages. Packages can also include travel costs depending on your wedding location.
How is music selected?
We license ALL music through a site called Musicbed. Due to copyright reasons, we don’t take music requests. We promise to find songs that elevate your love and personality through the film. However - always tell us if there’s a song you NEED and we’ll see if we can acquire the licensing rights for your film.
How far in advance should I book my wedding videography?
To ensure our availability for your special day, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, as soon as you have your wedding date set.
What is required to secure my wedding date?
A minimum upfront payment of 50% of your selected package price is required to secure your date, along with a signed contract detailing our videography services.
Can I customize my wedding videography package?
Absolutely! With our Build-Your-Own Custom Package option, you have the freedom to personalize every aspect of your videography service to suit your unique needs and preferences.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, we provide aerial drone footage as part of our videography services, subject to weather and venue permissions, to enhance your wedding film with stunning perspectives.
How long will it take to receive my wedding film?
Your finalized wedding film will typically be ready for viewing 8-12 weeks after your wedding day, allowing us to meticulously edit and craft a film of cinematic quality.
Will I receive raw footage from my wedding?
All raw footage from your wedding day is included in our Legacy Package. For other packages, raw footage can be included as an additional service.
How is audio captured, especially for vows and speeches?
We use professional audio equipment to capture clear sound quality. Vows and speeches are recorded with care and seamlessly integrated into your wedding film.
What if my wedding date changes?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we're available to capture love stories everywhere! Travel fees may apply for weddings outside our usual area. Contact us for specifics.
How will I receive my completed wedding film?
Your wedding film will be delivered digitally via a private Mediazilla link, making it easy to download, share, and relive your beautiful day with loved ones.
